Any good non-sulfate shampoos? Shampoos without Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)

I'm looking for some shampoos without sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate in them. Preferably, I'd also like them to be paraben-free. I'm having a harm time finding SLS-free shampoos though. I would like specific brands of shampoo that are SLS-free (and, if possible, paraben-free also) if anyone knows of a few. I'd also REALLY appreciate it if someone could let me know where to purchase these hair care products at because I am unable to find ANY in my local stores. As you can tell, I am having a very hard time finding a hair product that is bested suited to my needs! :(

I went out last week with a friend and her boyfriend, and we met up with her boyfriend's friends... one of them liked me, but I was in no way attracted to him. I was having a good time, and we talked a lot. By the end of the night, I gave him my number (i'm new to the neighborhood), and told him that we can all hang out- to sort of hint that i was not interested in going out with him alone.
He called a few days later and left a message- he asked if I wanted to meet with him at a cafe. I really do not want to send him the wrong message. My boyfriend wants to muff me. But I'm worried as to how it smells and tastes.. So, what can I do to maybe make it smell better or taste better?
I don't douche or anything. I'm pretty as naturale as natural gets! I will go for a brazilian wax. Any other tips?

Preventing Ingrown hairs

So I've always had ingrown hairs after I wax down there. And apparently, to prevent ingrowns I should exfoliate. But if I exfoliate, won't the friction and such cause MORE ingrowns?
Or am I not understanding the word 'exfoliation' properly? What is it then? and How?

Me and this guy have been talking for about a month or so. We hungout a few times during winter break and whatnot then when school started,we have a class together so we'd talk a lot ,he'd kiss me in school ,sit with me at lunch,all that stuff.Last week,during the school week we hungout a lot after school at the gym and at the library to do our homework and went out to eat etc. and on the weekend we made plans to chill ,but his family was coming down and he had a sweet sixteen to go to,so he didn't talk to me to much. I haven't been sexually active recently, about a year, and I've always had normal discharge, the yellowish-white colour. but today, I had a sort of brownish, beige colour. what could this mean?
It can't be anything bad, can it? Like an STI or STD? Because I haven't been sexually active in so long.

I'm in quite a dilemma.
First off, I have an amazing boyfriend and he's really great. But...I don't really love him anymore. I can't see myself spending the rest of my life with him.
I'm in love with this other guy who is absolutely perfect. He's just a friend but I really want to be more and I could actually picture myself being with him forever. I feel stronger about this other guy than my own boyfriend.
What should I do?

Makes me smile everytime

So i like this guy, and he likes me. We text pretty much all day pretty much everyday. We know eachother from a class we had together, well we dont have that class anymore. When we had the class together we were just friends and did nothing more than casual flirting because he has a crazy ex girlfriend. Well the other day we talked for the first time in person and it was kind of awkward. I dont know if it was because all these friends of mine kept coming up to me and hugging me or if it was my friends always coming up to me or people continually saying hi.
How can i make it not awkward?

My husband and I haven't been married a year yet. I dont know if its because I am 34 weeks pregnant but I feel depressed alone confused. I am 18 years old and he is 23. so lately i've been excercising 15-20 minutes of jogging and i eating more healthier and smaller portions. it's only been a few days so i have't seen much results but i was wondering ever since i'v been eating smaller portions i've been hungrier like every hour so i munch on stuff each hour or have little healthy snacks or small meal is that ok if i want to loose weight? i think its my matabolism has been up the roof everytime i eat something healthy i get hungry then next 2 hours or hour and then i eat small portions again. thats ok not fattening right?

Im about to switch my birth control to seasonale, and my doctor said most likely I wont experience breakthrough bleeding because Ive been on my other birthcontrol for a while. but she said to give seasonale 1 cycle (3months) first. I was wondering if anyone else has been on it, what were your side affects? I just dont want to gain weight. And is there effects of hair growth or hair loss? breast growth?

And lately I've realized that've been crying a lot lately. And over the stupidest things and sometimes for nothing at all. I don't know if it could be my period. I had that a week ago and I'm done. University weight

Hi,
So I've been in university since September, and I gained about 8-10 lbs, I'm at about 135-138 lbs now.
ANYWAYS, the food in university is too tempting, all the pasta and carby goodness. I'm thinking about just eating salads, fruit/yogurt, cereal, sushi and peanut butter/jam english muffins for the rest of my school year (obviously not in the same day). There really isn't any meat, unless it's fried chicken or inside the pasta. Please do not suggest to me that I buy food from a grocery store because I have no refrigerator/freezer.
So yeah, I want to get down to 125lbs by the end of April or mid-May, & hopefully a size 4-6. Since my schedule is pretty great compared to others, I'm thinking of exerc...
