Only reply if you have experience with these piercings or know a lot about them, please. I got my industrial pierced about 3 days ago. Since then it hasn't stopped bleeding. What should I do?

Research is really a good idea before you get a piercing. You don't have a body part called an "industrial" and as such your "industrial" isn't pierced.
It is a style of piercing. Because of the two aligned holes being held usually by one bar, there is a long healing time. In fact it can take a full year to heal.
If it is doing something other than what the piercer told you it would do, then go back and see them again about it or make an appointment with your regular doctor for a second opinion.
When you make the appointment try not to say you "had your industrial pierced" because they will probably laugh at you and you don't need that right now.
