I've been crying for no reason.

Question Posted Friday January 22 2010, 4:31 pm

15/f
And lately I've realized that've been crying a lot lately. And over the stupidest things and sometimes for nothing at all. I don't know if it could be my period. I had that a week ago and I'm done. So could there be something wrong with me? I dont know I'm just scared about it. I've been really moody around my friends and family lately. I've been bashing myself and I want it all to stop. Is there something wrong with me?

I'm your age and I'm the same way, although I've been like that since I was in 8th grade. It could be different reasons for that. It's normal for most people though. Except mine was for a couple other reasons that just added to growing up :P So I got a little worse. But overall most girls go through that. If you end up getting worse, talk to someone about it before it gets out of hand. Trust me, don't let it get that far.

you guessed it. it's your period. my friend is the same way. we were walking and out of no where she started hysterically crying because we saw a really big bug. then she got pissed at us becasue she wanted to go home. we said ok but we just wanted to say good bye to everyone first (two people) and she cryed more and more. she said she was sorry and her mom told us it was because of her period. your hormones are just up high and racing.

I wish I could be there to hug you and make sure you're okay, but all I can say to comfort you right now is that it is perfectly okay for your age. In fact, I still go through it.

It shouldn't have to do with your period, other than the fact that it might be stronger. This is just a phase that some of us are stuck in for a while. I know it sucks, but one thing that really makes me stop thinking about it is 'raocow' on youtube. Search him up, he'll make you smile in a very goofy way.

Let me know how it goes!
