Is it legal for a 15 year old to date or have sex with an 18 year old in the state of Florida?

You can date him, but it's not legal to have sex with him until you are age 16. 16 is the age of consent, meaning you can give yourself consent to have sex with him. If he pressures you into anything and you have sex with him, that is considered rape and he can go to jail. Even when you're 16 and claim he pressures you into having sex you can consider it rape because you're still not legal, you're a minor.

no, it is not legal, dont let him pressure you into it, because you could both get in serious trouble. when you are 16, go for it.
