so lately i've been excercising 15-20 minutes of jogging and i eating more healthier and smaller portions. it's only been a few days so i have't seen much results but i was wondering ever since i'v been eating smaller portions i've been hungrier like every hour so i munch on stuff each hour or have little healthy snacks or small meal is that ok if i want to loose weight? i think its my matabolism has been up the roof everytime i eat something healthy i get hungry then next 2 hours or hour and then i eat small portions again. thats ok not fattening right?
becuase when you ate bigger portions you were fuller for longer but now that its smaller protion your body isnt used to not eating that little so its going to keep wanting more food.
i would say its fine eating healthy snacks in betweeen but i would still try to not eat as much in betweeen. so cut down on that and your stomach will soon be used to it. [ youronmymindx's advice column | Ask youronmymindx A Question ]
