i'm not sure if this is in the right category.. but last year i went from a 105 to 125 in less than a year. and im a small petite fit. but now i just look a little widder and all. i have so much cellulite on my butt and my thighs. when i wear shorts and when i walk you can see it. does anyone know what i can do to them?

15/f/120 pounds. Today I swam at a leisurely pace for about 500 feet. I used varying strokes, if it makes any difference. About how many calories did I burn?

I am a couch potato of 16 and have been since I was 11. Thanks in advance if you have any idea on how I can get in shape. Is there a plan I can follow, like walk 30 minutes for two weeks before starting to jog or?

Hey i want a sick pack like an abercrombie model. I do crunches at least 500 per day.. and hardly ever see results. I know that i also need a low body fat %. like around 8-10% right? I''m very active, and play football and basketball all the time. i try to eat right but, well theres always the tempting pizza that i cook at work. What is a sure-fire way to get low bodyfat? I want to impress my girlfriend cuz she deserves someone extra special =]. please help!

i have this problem where some days my stomach is flat and some days it isn't. it really never depends on what i eat it just randomly happens. is there any exercises that i can do ever night to make sure that my stomach will be flat the next day? everynight i do 17 sets of 10 crunches (that is 170 crunchs if you didn't feel like doing the math =D], 50 bicycles, and then i stretch out my abs.

how can i get motivated to excercise on rainy days? I do not have any excersize equiptment in my house, and on sunny days i like to go for a jog, a walk, or bike ride. On rainy days however, I am either too lazy, or don't know how to excersize indoors. Any suggestions?

what are some ways to become extemely skinny in the shortest amount of time? Are here any good exersizes where It gives me a skinny look instead of a muscular look?
Also, how can I train myself not to eat much, and not to eat junk food alot?
{if it helps, i want to look emo, and i hear i have to be uber skinny}

ok so i'm 14/f. i'm 5'5" and like 105 pounds or around there. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be more healthy. even though I appear skinny, I don't feel as in shape as I should be. Like I ran up the stairs today like once and I was out of breath by the time I got up. what exercises or other things can I do to get in shape? or food I can eat? thanks :]

i want to be at least 114 pounds
what do i need to do?
and tell me how much of that i will need to do and for how long

Ok, so i've heard a bunch about crunches and sit ups, but what really is the correct way to do them?
do you see results when you do a lot of them.. or is how slowy and concentrated they are? do you put your hands or your chest or behind your head?
i just want these answers because i do them everyday, and im not seeing any results.

alright, so im 15/f and i want to lose just like 10 to 15pounds. im exercising but i was wondering if weight watchers could help me. i would do the point counting, but idont know how many points i should have a day. i already have how much everything is because my mom used to do it, so i dont need to pay. i weigh like 130, does anyone know about how many points i shouldeat a day?

okay so im 15/f 5'6 weigh 140 pounds.. im not fat but i do have extra weight around my legs.. im very muscular because im very athletic.. swimming and volleyball.. but i would like to know if anyone knew how to loose the extra weight on your legs..
im very self conciouse of them..

I weigh about 117 and I am about 5'4, not bad at all. I am completely happy with my body except for my "love handles". They stick out past my underwear, bathing suit, or any low rise jeans. But it's weird because the rest of my body is basically thin. I just want to thin out the sides of my stomach. How should I go about this, and how long do you think it will take?
