loose what is the fastest way to loose 15 pounds?

RUNNING. i dont care what anyone says. If you do some running everyday for a month..im pretty sure you can loose 15 pounds. When I did basketball for a month..i lost 11 pounds and i can never loose weight soo yeah. try staying active=] good luck! ]
Stop worry about the fast way cause that will just make the fat come back. Eat good foods like fruit and veggies and meat. At you can have your carbs (bread,pasta,ect)but try not to at dinner so you can rest without worry about burning off the carbs. Excercise, just move more than you do now take the stairs instead of the escalator, walk, maybe hit the gym? Just move around and eat right and you will lose weight and keep it off. ]
There isn't much of a really fast way to loose wait but I personaly think yoga is really helpful and eating healthy is important =] ]
*lose. fast weight loss means you will put it back on...fast. eat less and work out tons. <3 ]
the "fastest way" isn't really the best way. try cutting down on carbs and working out in some way. ]
