At you can have your carbs (bread,pasta,ect)but try not to at dinner so you can rest without worry about burning off the carbs. Excercise, just move more than you do now take the stairs instead of the escalator, walk, maybe hit the gym? Just move around and eat right and you will lose weight and keep it off.
