what is a GREAT exercize that i can do so my stomach isnt fat and doesnt bulge out of my shirts?

At the risk of sounding terribly generic, the "eat right and exercise" cliche is the best thing you can do. For the exercise part of the equation, moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercise is the best thing you can do. Activities that fall into this category are jogging, running, bicycling, swimming (laps, typically), many forms of aerobics, and the list goes on. A good way to lose fat with minimal effort is to curb your current diet a bit (without going overboard and obsessing) and taking walks daily. Walk for 20-30 minutes when you get home from work, in the evening after dinner, or whenver you can fit it into your schedule. In general, remember

You could also go on a healthy diet ( I suggest South Beach.) But don't think I'm trying to pressure you in to going on a diet, because some people aren't for that.
