i have this problem where some days my stomach is flat and some days it isn't. it really never depends on what i eat it just randomly happens. is there any exercises that i can do ever night to make sure that my stomach will be flat the next day? everynight i do 17 sets of 10 crunches (that is 170 crunchs if you didn't feel like doing the math =D], 50 bicycles, and then i stretch out my abs.

But when you work out, your stomach builds muscles which are mostly visible a while after you work out and then they're still there but less visible. You may even notice yourself gaining more weight when you work out. But thats because body fat turns to muscle which weights more. My advice, stop exercising so much. To keep yourself healthy and in shape you could always pick up a diet. It's a better way of just losing the weight instead of transforming it.

What you do is you get into pushup position but instead of on your hands, you are on your forearms. Try touching your knees to the ground, then lifting them off over and over again. You could also purchase a fitness ball and do some exercises on that to improve your core muscles. I have the same problem, but I think mine is in my genes. You could also try cruches to the sides to work your obliques. Hope that helps!
