ok so i'm 14/f. i'm 5'5" and like 105 pounds or around there. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be more healthy. even though I appear skinny, I don't feel as in shape as I should be. Like I ran up the stairs today like once and I was out of breath by the time I got up. what exercises or other things can I do to get in shape? or food I can eat? thanks :]
exercises-
start with a plan. it'd be a lot easier to do. i'd suggest running, situps/crunches, 6 inches, lunges, etc. with running, it will probably help you the most. start out slow. don't try doing miles er anything. since its summer, its nice out & you can go running easier. start by running a certain distance that's easier for you. maybe around your block twice er something. start at a slow jog & work your way up to a run if you want to. if you are going to do this, keep yourself hydrated with water because it will get hot. if you want to work out certain areas of your body, then you can go to google & type in '(body part here) exercises'. that way you can target certain areas. other than that, definately run. if you keep yourself motivated & add on distance every time you run, you'll stay in good shape. plus, running is the most efficent.
eating-
you can eat basically whatever you want with portion control & limits. eat all 3 meals like regular. basically it should be a meat & veggies. for snacks, fruit & crackers would probably be the best. even by changing your snacks into fruits can help a lot.
