ok what are good diet foods
im 13/f
and please dont give me any foods that i never herd of i just want simple things

and when do you start to see results when you on a diet?

Grapefruits, Lemons, Oranges, Blueberries, Apples, and watermelons all helps you burn calories. Meaning they dont give you any fat. Also drinking a lot of water helps kill cravings, so you wont be tempted to wat unhealthy food like chocolate. You should always look at the back of food containers to see how mnay calories it has, more than 150 calories is too much.

The results depend on a lot of things, including the diet, your current weight now, your metabolism and the amount of calories you are burning. It's better to lose weight at a slower rate. I'd say even 2 lbs a week would be acceptable. It's important to eat a wide variety of foods with in the food pyramid guidelines.

Some ideas for good diet foods are:
Carrots, celery and other crunchie veggies.
Low fat milk or cottage cheese.
Grapefruit and other citrus fruits.
Lean protien such as sirloin steak.

Avoid processed meat, any bread that is not whole grain, high sodium and high fat foods.

You cant ask this on advicanators, well I mean obviously you can.

But you cant expect specific answers,
everyones body is different,
so we wont know when you will see results.

Most likely you wont see results, just losing a couple pounds, but that really doesnt show that much. Now you can just watch what you eat, not like a physco, but you should know whats generally healthy and whats not, eat healthy, and exercise, the best advice anyone can give.
