easy fitness tips

I am 17, female. I have been relatively inactive physically for the last couple of years. I ride my bike a bit in the summer, and use it as a way to get to work in the summer as well. I walk about 2 km to get to school on average 4 times a week.
However, I am finding that I am much less physically fit than I was a few years ago. Climbing stairs sometimes puts me out of breath(generally only if its more than one floor though). I am much slower on bike as well. Also, I am losing a ton of flexibility.
I am wondering if anyone has suggestions on ways to work on my fitness. I do not have lots of time, nor am I willing to pay for a gym membership. I also do not have an exercise bike/treadmill available to me.

On the first day of my college theater class, the professor split us up into groups of about five or six people and told us that we were going to spend the semester working on a project together. The project was to choose a scene from any play to perform on the last day of class for our final exam. Everyone in the group had a job to do and each job was due on a different date in the semester. Other than acting, the jobs were set design, makeup design, costume design, and lights. All of those only had to be done of paper though and some people had to act and do one of these jobs.

way too stressed and not motivated

I am in Grade 12. I am currently taking four courses, three of which have super heavy workloads and the fourth is moderately heavy. I also currently have at least 5 projects on the go between the 4 classes. I work 2 or 3 times a week and I am involved in our school choir.
I am super stressed right now because for the last couple of weeks I have been working on homework until at least 12 almost every night, whereas before this November, the latest I had done homework was 11:30. I also take almost 1/2 hour to fall asleep and get up at 6:30 every morning, so I am super behind on sleep. I don't even get to catch up on weekends at all because I still have homework, and I have to get up on time for work on Saturdays and church on S...

How can I remove all the cats from my Dad's home and then clean it up?

My father is turning 55 on Sunday and he lives alone in his house with 60+ cats. He thinks it's a cat rescue, but I'm pretty sure it's hoarding. He just bought the house a few years ago and it's a complete mess with cat feces, urine and vomit everywhere.
Every time he gets rid of a cat he takes in 5 more and I'm sick to death of him living like this.
My dad is NOT healthy. He has had cancer, lung problems, multiple spinal disc bulges, hernias, and severe arthritis. On top of this he spends all day working and then comes home to "take care" of 60-100 cats.
In reality they just run around further ruining his home.

I'm female 21 and my boyfriend is 23 so we are both consenting adults that have been dating for six months now. The guy I was kinda dating just said he's not in love with me anymore. And I know he really did love me, and I can't help but think maybe I won't find anyone else who can/will love me as much as he did. I'm scared that I let the person who's loved me so much go away. But he said he doesn't have feelings for me anymore, and I feel like I can't stay friends with him even if I want to. I'm really really scared about one thing. I had oral sex with a guy and I did everything I can to be safe (im a guy too) when he came, i think some fell on my lips? Ok, so just a bit of background so you all know what happened.

Im at 21 year old female and weights 45kg..i would really like to pick up some weight this month..what do i eat and do? Will eating potatoes,rice and peanut butter help me gain weight fast..im also on the triphasil birth control and the nurse said i should take vitamin b to help me pick up weight so i bought it and they gav me vit b.co which is the same i gues and iv been taking it almost everyday since then but im staying skinny it feels like im getting skinnier..should i get a multivitamin instead..please help me im tired of being thin and stilL being made fun of..what should i do and eat to help me gain weight fast..

How To Deal With Anxiety?

When I was around the age of 10 I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder, but I'd say I've had it all my life. Every year it got worse, when I was 12 I had my first panic attack and ever since I've had them badly. I am now 16 and I can't leave the house because of my anxiety and panic attacks. I just feel so alone and hopeless and I don't know what to do, I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice for how to get through anxiety. Thanks in advance!!

I'm a 15 year old girl, and everyday I am depressed. It's not actual severe depression but. Anyway, I have big dreams of becoming a singer. But I suck at singing. I wanted to get training but my parents can't afford it (online lessons are bad). I'm not doing so well in school either, even though I truly do try really hard. When I turn 18, I don't want to go to college because I know it isn't for me. I want to sing. That's literally the only thing I want to do. And I won't change my mind about it. I can't stand my life anymore I'm so depressed. I feel like my family hates me and everyone else hates me I just don't feel loved at all. Because of this I I ran away from home but then got caught and I'm annoyed about that because I just wanted to get away from my life and start over but now im back to where I started.. Hi. I'm having some friend trouble. I am 13 and a girl. My best friend Kelsey does not seem to be trying to stay in this friendship. She doesn't even talk to me at school and she ditches me for another girl. My good friend Veronica and her best friend Isabella have been through the same thing with Kelsey.
