my friends and family say im fat and they always tease me about it when im only 103 lbs and am 5'3. I dont think Im fat but everyone else does. What do I do?

i would really like to lose some weight off my stomach. But my problem is i really like to eat late at night. Icecream has been the food of choice lately. I get uncontrolable cravings for food when im depressed or late at night. What are some foods that are healthy that i can eat later at night instead of icecream? also, what exercises should i do to lose the weight off my stomach? I run alot and i do crunches every now and then but the crunches dont seem to work.

i'm around 5 foot 3 or something i want to grow AT LEAST 4cm taller really soon. i feel like a midget when i walk around at school.

i want to be 10cm taller than i am right now before i go into grade 10 next year; however, i don't think that's possible for me right now...
so please share any tips u have for growing taller. even if it's by a little bit. cuz i'm not growing AT ALL!! *cries*

hey im 5'5 and average weight. im fit and love running. but lately i have gained a little wait on my upper thigs and my hips. my stomach is fine but i look weird with my thighs sticking out! does any one know any excersises/tapes/tricks to make them slimmer.

yesterday i went for about a mile long run and 3/4 of the way through, i started feeling a really bad pain in my lower stomach. the pain felt REALLY similar to the cramp pains i get when i have my period. it also felt like i had to go to the bathroom. so i ran home quickly, came home and went to the bathroom and i couldn't even get up for 10 minutes because the cramps hurt so bad. i ran again today and it happened again, only not AS bad, but it still hurt. usually when i go running, i take water with me. these two times i didn't. could this be the cause, or do you think it's something else?

okay well i weigh about 150 pounds.
and i rly want to lose weight.
do you think if iran about a mile
everyday i would lose about 50 pounds by nxt year doing some other things too.
and would i lose it all over like my arms, legs, stomach and such and if not what are some ways i could tone them especially my arms like theyre flabby. please help i want to be skinny.

I did exercises, stretches and everything but i still cant get the backflip right. Can you give me advice on what gymnasts would do? What are their stretches and exercises? Anybody could answer this question. Gymnasts preferred. =D

Ya, I'm fat. But that's because there's nothing to do! I live miles away from a swimming pool, I'm not into sports like basketball or softball, I get bored of stupid little execises like situps and stretchs that are supposed to work your muscles. I can't get interested in doing anything physical although I know I need to lose weight badly because I look HORRIBLE. But what is there to do? NOTHING holds my attention!

Greetings! Quite new here, what a lovely site...anywho, I have a question, I have been on a strict diet for the past...say 2 months, I've lost 25lbs, which is good :D, but I have been doing it eating Subway sandwhiches, I have moved to Winthrop University now...and I need a new diet plan! I am 6ft and 215lbs, any suggested caloric intakes, fat intakes, w/e would be appreciated!
I also heard that if you cut 250 cals from ur diet while exercising moderatly for 30 minutes a day you can lose 40lbs in a year...is that true?

ok lately i've begun doing crunches every night to try and tone my stomach a bit. andf tonight, whenever i finished doing them, i looked at my stomach, there's a bunch of little red dots all over it. i don't know if it's because i'm possibly doing too many or what, but do you know what's going on? should i stop doing crunches for awhile?

i want to try out for cheerdancing but before that, my coach says i have to focus on my weight. she said i was too heavy but i'm still able to do stuff like cartwheel, handstand,etc. does anyone have tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way?? i'd appreciate it. by the way, i think tryouts are gonna be weeks from now.

I am 15/m and want to be a pro wrestler. Not Olympic or college, I mean the stuff on tv (yes I know its mostly fake). I need to get stronger but I dont know how to other than lifting weights. Is there anything I can get at a place like GNC that is not harmfull for someone my age and that is LEGAL? Any other things I can do?

Hey iam iam not pregant or anything,but iam so fat that one of the people that comes to the school to recruit people for the army when I went up their to help a friend sign up asked me if I was pregnant and then he laughed what can I do to lose weight so that dosn't happen again iam only 17 and iam about 5 foot and weigh 145 lbs what should my normal weight be and how can i lose it fast?
