Iam so fat that.....

Hey iam iam not pregant or anything,but iam so fat that one of the people that comes to the school to recruit people for the army when I went up their to help a friend sign up asked me if I was pregnant and then he laughed what can I do to lose weight so that dosn't happen again iam only 17 and iam about 5 foot and weigh 145 lbs what should my normal weight be and how can i lose it fast?

Go figure... Army is fags anyways so don't let that bother you. God that pisses me off!! lol Like 145 pounds is not even fat at all! But, here's the info your askin for:

Calculate your Body-Mass Index
Enter your height in feet: 5 and inches: 0
Enter your weight in pounds: 145
Press the button when you're ready to see your BMI: 28.4

Your result:
By doing this calculation, you will come up with a number that is your BMI. Healthful BMI's are between 19 to 24. If you have a BMI over 24 or under 19, you should see a doctor or a nutritionist to discuss your nutrition and weight.

Don't let something like this bother you so much, I know that's easy for me to say, but try. Based on the stats you gave me, your BMI is about 28.3, but that isn't nessecarily accurate. To get into a normal weight range, you would need to lose 15-20 lbs. First of all, you are taking the wrong approach to losing weight. Don't try to lose it fast, unless you plan on starving yourself for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. The minute you start eating again, you'll gain all of it back and more. So I don't suggest that. At first, just cut back on junk food slightly and get a little exercise. Take a walk in the morning, go swimming when you get home from school, dance around your bedroom, take your bike out, do ANYTHING, just MOVE!!! It doesn't need to be 2 miles on a treadmill right now, just get used to being more active. Once you start putting energy out, your body will naturally feel more energetic. When you think you're ready, try going for a short jog, or doing some crunches. By this time you should have lost some weight. Don't stress!! It will work if you give it time. Remember it's not a diet...it's a new lifestyle. good luck babe

and it will tell you your average weight for your height and then it can give you food diets and stuff. all the links are on the left side. hope i helped!

Don't worry about what anyone says to you. Just eat healthier, if you must lose weight. Excercise more. I think you are at a healthy weight. Don't get hung up on it though.

you should be roughly near 110-120

it doesnt matter what people think its what you think do you think your fat

but to lose wieght my friend ran 3 miles a day every summer and lost 26 pounds!!! but im healthy and cant do that so if you go to the local gym oncew in while and cut out MCD's YOULL BE OK
