stomach spots.

Question Posted Saturday September 2 2006, 10:34 pm

ok lately i've begun doing crunches every night to try and tone my stomach a bit. andf tonight, whenever i finished doing them, i looked at my stomach, there's a bunch of little red dots all over it. i don't know if it's because i'm possibly doing too many or what, but do you know what's going on? should i stop doing crunches for awhile?

Thats completely normal it just means your sweating alot and pimples are forming, (yes you can have pimples almost anywhere on your body.) Nothing to be concerned about.

That happens to me all the time! Whenever I do crunchs, my abs get really sweaty and then they have little red bumps on them. I think they are just really small pimples because your ab sweats and sweating causes pimples...

I hope I helped!
