everyone's body is different, so theres no exact answer to that one/ but go to a local health club, or gym and work with a free trainer there. if thats not an optionfor you, then read up on it- might sound lame- but some guys ARE embarassed about asking someone how to gain more muscle- go to a library and look up pectoral muscle workouts, youre bound to fins something helpful there.

Well, I cant say specifically when you start developing more muscle, but if you want to get bigger nothing beats weights.

For the results you want, you need to join a gym. Then you need to get a beginner program made out for you (dont try to do this yourself, you will screw up I can almost guarantee it). Make sure you get something that focuses on big compound exercises like the squat, deadlift and bench press. Dont obesses on your chest specifically, train it alongside the other muscles and you will make better gains.

Finally, you need to look upon the muscle building process as though it were a three legged stool. One leg is training, one leg is diet, and the other is rest. Neglect one leg and the whole thing colapses. So, eat frequently, eat balanced but with a good amount of protein, and get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.

If you can stick to a good gym program, training maybe about 45 minutes 3 or 4 days a week, I guarantee that you will feel like a different man a year from now.

should be around fourteen or fifteen.
You coudl do things like lifting weights, swimming ((this one's great, very healthy)) or maybe running, which would get your endurance up as you run more.

Basically good diet and exercise. =)
