im 13 female and i weigh 146 pounds. i really need help losing weight. im eating helthier but i dont know good workouts that work and burn the fat quickly plz help.

weight issues

hi.
i'm 13 years old and i'm about 5'5". yet i weigh about 200 pounds. i am really overweight, i know. a lot of it seems like muscle, because i am really strong. but i really wanna loose weight because i am getting stretch marks everywhere and i sweat like crazy. i leave sweat marks on my chairs at schooland it's so embarassing!

i play basketball every winter and ive done track and field, gymnastics, cheerleading, football, and soccer. but even if i do sports i can't seem to loose weight.

it's not a thiroid problem either because i've already had those tests done. i eat healthy too. i have multi-grain bars for breakfast and lunch and for dinner i usually have some kind of meat with some sort of side...

what is a good workout for your lower abs, besides crunches and sit ups b/c those are mostly your upper abs.

exercise help

ok well to start off im a guy and i've just started working out.i do sit ups, push ups, lift weights and all that other stuff. but what i need help on is with the sit ups. the problem is that i do the situps and i only think that it works in the lower abdominal area and i want it to work on my abdominal sides and upper abdominal too. is there any way that i can do something to work the sidesand upper part that actually works?also i have a flabby chest and i was wondering how i can get rid of it.oh yea and is it normal to feel soar in the muscle area of your arms,legs,and stomache the next day after working out.

My homecoming is october 13 or 14th and i am planning on going. im in tenth if it helps. but i found a dress that has like spaghetti straps and im definitely not tan enough to wear it. if i layout almost everyday til then, and maybe use some tanning oil, will my arms and chest and back be the same??

Ok, this is not at all saying that i'm fat or that i think i'm ugly or anything so please don't respond with, "You should be comfortable with yourself, just the way you are." I'm healthy and physically fit, but i want to tone up my thighs and my butt...no clue how to go about doing that. Help please?

Weight loss

Hello,
I'm 15 and my homecoming is Oct. 14th and I really want to lose some weight in my stomach and then lose weight and tone my arms. What are some things you suggest I do. I'm trying to run at least a mile everyday till then. I'm also trying to eat healther...any other suggestions.

cheerleading

k, so i used to cheerlead when i was in like.. 6th grade. im a junior in high school now, and i want to try out for cheerleading or poms next year. i need to become more flexible. does anyone know of a website or any good stretches i can do to become more flexible? any help is appreciated!

I weigh around 169, i mean you cant tell i weigh that much, but anyway, i want to lose some weight, at LEAST 10 lbs. i was wondering how much would i lose in, lets say a week, if i did this 'diet'. where i had a fruit smoothie for breakfast, once a week i would have a protein shake, and a salad for lunch. and then at dinner i ate mostly healthy. i would also use my ablounge daily, and i play softball, so about and 1 1/2 hour practice of that a day. also i would run extra like once or twice a week. how much weight do you think i would lose in a week? and how much do you think i would lose if i keep this up?

I asked this question a fiew days ago but no one answerd so i thought i would ask again.

Recently i have lost alot of weight and my mother is now getting me some protein shake kind of things to help me gain weight. I want to gain weight everywhere on my body accept for my stomach. (especial on my butt and leggs) so my question is how can i work out my stomach without over doing my other body parts

Ok so I have been doing crunches for like 2 weeks now and they are easy for me. But I have now decided to start doing push-ups but I have the hardest time with them. Anyone got any tips to make it easy or rather less frustrating!

changing body??

All my life I'v always been a little chubby but never FAT or obese. I'v always had friends and I'v always had boyfriends and I'v always been popular. My appearance always sorta bothered me but not to a point where it would ruin my life..

Until lately.

For about a year and a half now I'v slowly gained 35 lbs! ITS SO GROSS. I weigh 169 right now! I'M 17!!! YUCK! I'm getting bulges and rolls where I never used to, and I'm starting to get cellulite/cottage cheesy look on the back of my legs!! AHH
I haven't changed my diet, for the better or worse. I HAVE changed my contraceptive though, but I changed it from the patch to a lo-dose pill so it SHOULD help take weight off right? WRONG. It hasn't done anything!<...

Losing weight

So I'm a 15/f and I need to lose weight. I'm about 5'2" and 160 pounds. I realize that if I go on a diet that will help, but I need exercise also. However I cannot drive myself therefore it is extremely hard for me to get to the gym, much less go on a regular schedule. So I need some at-home DVD's (mainly for my thighs, hips, and butt) that will help me. What are the best thigh/hip/butt slimmer videos?

Ok, im a 14/f, and i don't think im fat AT ALL, but, i would like to lose a little weight in my stomach area, i have a little fat like in the belly button area(lol sry it sounds weird) but like ok i am a totaly prep and i love wearing the tight shirts, but then again i hate it because i have that bulge and u can see my fat, my friend says im stuped because she thinks its just muscle, but i seriosuly don't think so, but does any one have any good ideas so loose some weight in the tummy area, and i also eat alot when im depressed, and lately ive been eating alot because my boyfriend is being a jerk, so any one have any ideas on what to eat, and how to loose a little weight in the tummy area?

what is considered fat ?

i have a friend who thinks everyone is fat. the girls she thinks are fat i dont think are fat at all. i think they are beautiful girls. their bodies arent perfect ... but whatever i dont think theres much of a difference between a size 3 and a size 8. i told her some people have more muscle and others are just skinnier. if someone has a pretty flat stomach but has little lovehandles and are liek a size 3 she thinks thats fat. i dont even wanna know what she thinks about me. i have bigger legs but they are mostly muscle. my stomach isnt flat but its definately not fat either. im pretty comfortable with how i look, but it bothers me how shes so negative about everyones bodies. what exactly IS considered fat?
