weight issues hi.
i'm 13 years old and i'm about 5'5". yet i weigh about 200 pounds. i am really overweight, i know. a lot of it seems like muscle, because i am really strong. but i really wanna loose weight because i am getting stretch marks everywhere and i sweat like crazy. i leave sweat marks on my chairs at schooland it's so embarassing!
i play basketball every winter and ive done track and field, gymnastics, cheerleading, football, and soccer. but even if i do sports i can't seem to loose weight.
it's not a thiroid problem either because i've already had those tests done. i eat healthy too. i have multi-grain bars for breakfast and lunch and for dinner i usually have some kind of meat with some sort of side dish.
i really need to loose weight because i have a really important dance at the end of the year and i want to look really good in my dress.
please give me advice, i really really need advice on how to loose weight!!

Basically, keep track of the calories you eat now. Some prcossed foods are high in calories. Try too shoot for 1500-2000 calories a day.
Next, monited your heartrate. The faster your heart moves, the more calories you burn.

My sister has this problem too, and her case is very much like yours. There are lotions you can use on stretch marks, and as for sweat, all I can do is recommend a good deodorant/antiperspirant called Ban. It's green, and it works well for me.
Keep working out, keep eating healthy. Maybe do more cardio than anything. Cardio will get your heart rate up, and will help you lose weight. ]
