you can always try a tanning bed, but you cant, i agree with the people below meee.

You can get theoretically get a tan in any weather. As long as it is daytime, some of the UV rays will be able to hit your skin. However, the difference between tanning on a sunny day versus a cloudy day is simply time. If you plan on tanning on a cloudy day, be prepared to spend more than 3x as much time outside.

You can get a tan during any season, even if it's cloudy outside. As long as the sun is shining, you can get a tan (or get sunburned).
