hey,
im 14
and my brother is a physical trainer
you could look up some healthy foods online tht are also delicious.
Protein bars are so good, I would recommend the south beach ones. They are good for dieting but i use them to substiture meals.
To tone ur arms push ups are wonderful.
My brother always makes me do sum.
You can start by 5 and then once you have those down pack keep moving up. You will notice tht you arms will be come stronger and toner. If you want to lose sum stuff in ur stomach you can do crunches do the same routine as the push ups. Dnt push urself. Sit ups are also good but its good to get cruches down first. Hope this helps.
