changing body??

All my life I'v always been a little chubby but never FAT or obese. I'v always had friends and I'v always had boyfriends and I'v always been popular. My appearance always sorta bothered me but not to a point where it would ruin my life..

Until lately.

For about a year and a half now I'v slowly gained 35 lbs! ITS SO GROSS. I weigh 169 right now! I'M 17!!! YUCK! I'm getting bulges and rolls where I never used to, and I'm starting to get cellulite/cottage cheesy look on the back of my legs!! AHH
I haven't changed my diet, for the better or worse. I HAVE changed my contraceptive though, but I changed it from the patch to a lo-dose pill so it SHOULD help take weight off right? WRONG. It hasn't done anything!
I'm very petite but I feel so fat having to buy larger shirts and bigger pants sizes. I hate it. It's starting to depress me.
Working out is sooo hard because I not only don't have time between work and school, but I expect too much from myself; I work way to hard my first time back to it and kill my body. I'm so out of shape to, so after about 2.5 minutes of running I'm starting to die. I haven't SERIOUSLY done anything physical for a good length of time for about 6 years.

I'm about to start college... I don't wanna look like a fatty.
I need help. SOMEONE please help me.
By the way, I have no willpower for diets or keeping to a steady workout schedule. its hard for me. I'v tried everything.. I'm out of ideas but it's getting to the point where my boyfriend is noticing it. I know it doesn't matter to him because he loves me and we've been together for 3 years, long enough so it doesn't matter, but I want to look sexy for him...

-sigh- I'm on a steady downhill fall to fatness.

I forgot to mention.. does this crazy weight gain have anything to do with my body just.. changing?

My ultimate goal is to get back to a size 9 pants, just so you know.

See your doctor about the new birth-control and ask if it is related and to rule out a potential pregnancy...oops. Also, she/he is probably the best one to ask for advice about your body weight and health. You don't need to diet, you need to eat healthy. No junk food or fast food. No soda! Even diet drinks can really bloat you up and make you look heavier than you are. Watch salty foods..another bloating culprit. Drinking at least eight glasses of water will keep you hydrated, and dehydration slows your metabolism! You can start a small exercise program, and build on it. The important thing is to make exercise a habit. Start by doing five minutes your first day, then add one minute each day. Make it fun! Turn on the music and dance! Practice holding in your stomach and standing up straight to improve posture and tone your abs. Good posture makes you appear thinner! You need to take control of your body and while you are still young! Never starve yourself, and remember to eat a big healthy breakfast to rev up your metabolism. Skipping breakfast will slow it down! Do these simple things and don't ever diet! You can eat as many fruits and vegtables as you like, and lean proteins like fish, chicken, turkey, beans, tofu as you like. Reward yourself for your new life change with anything, except food!
