I asked this question a fiew days ago but no one answerd so i thought i would ask again.

Recently i have lost alot of weight and my mother is now getting me some protein shake kind of things to help me gain weight. I want to gain weight everywhere on my body accept for my stomach. (especial on my butt and leggs) so my question is how can i work out my stomach without over doing my other body parts

you best bet is to do crunches. It works at you stomache only. i suggest doing crunches at least once a day for half an hour. Or you can do situps

There is no way to just put weight (or lose weight)
on certain body parts. You basically just gain wherever nature and your genes put it.

There may be some exercises you can do to help keep it off your stomach. You might send one to Mike At
