stomach Ok, im a 14/f, and i don't think im fat AT ALL, but, i would like to lose a little weight in my stomach area, i have a little fat like in the belly button area(lol sry it sounds weird) but like ok i am a totaly prep and i love wearing the tight shirts, but then again i hate it because i have that bulge and u can see my fat, my friend says im stuped because she thinks its just muscle, but i seriosuly don't think so, but does any one have any good ideas so loose some weight in the tummy area, and i also eat alot when im depressed, and lately ive been eating alot because my boyfriend is being a jerk, so any one have any ideas on what to eat, and how to loose a little weight in the tummy area?

Ahhh. This question is perfect for me to answer haha. My stomach muscles actually kill right about now, because I did maybe 150-200 situps today, and then some DDR. If you want to lose that "fat", then you'll have to tone your stomach. Do some situps. They really work the lower abdomen. Then if you want, crunches are good too. Situps, in my opinion, are the best for that sort of thing. It should tone up, though. I cant tell you how long it will be till you see results, because it varies. but do it when you wake up in the morning because it gets your metabolism going =], and then before bed. Those are the times i do it at =]] ]
I dont have any new information for you to do..the other people pretty much said it all but.. dont starve yourself for one day out of the month. its stupid, it wont shrink your stomach to the point of you noticing any difference. You need food, and you would get really hungry and uncomfortable. every girl has fat there, its because we are women and we need to carry babies.

instead of eating when your depressed go for a run or like work out instead, every girl has that fat right there, and if they don't they will get it sooner or later. do bunches of crunches everyday anyways. and like what i do, once a month for 24 hours you dont eat anything, it shrinks your stomach so you don't eat as much. but only for 24 hours at a time and ONLY once a month, if you do it anymore than that it is considered anorexicia. ]

just get out of the house, go shopping, go for a walk, listen to music, computer, anything possible but eating.
