what are some things i can do to work my lower stomach?

also what are some things i can do to make my butt bigger?

Wow, a bigger butt. I think you want a perkier butt, and not just adding flabby pounds, so do lots of squats while tightening your stomach muscles. That should tone and add muscle to both areas. Fat has to be burned, and abdominal fat has to be burned off metabolically to disappear. Sit-ups won't do it, but aerobic activity will generally help. Running, dancing anything that makes you sweat for about an hour everyday will burn the fat. Eat healthy and never diet! Drink at least 8 glasses of water to stay hydrated, or your body will not function or burn calories efficiently.
