I am a 14 year old female and i have had stretch marks for a few years now. Me and my boyfriend are going to get serious ( more than we alreay have) soon and I want to get rid of them. i am over weight and i am trying to loose but the only thing that will make me happy is getting rid of the stretch marks. can anybody give me some tips on how to get rid of them? I am not goion to pay alot of money for creams and stuff but I still need help.

i am like 5'3 adn 120 pounds. but i am like not skinny, i have " the perfect shape adn size" as they say, but i would want to be bigger. i love volumptuos girls like j.lo and beyonce. i think it's pretty. i have hips and stuff, but i wanna fill out my weight. i have a young face and am short, so i don't wanna look like a child when i am 15! so can anyone esp. trainers help me gain weight(i wanna gain twenty pounds)healthly?like excercises and foods to eat.

I stopped playing volleyball a year ago. I still work out when I'm not working. I notice I am gaining love handles and a little bit of a gut. What are some easy exercises I can do at home that can reduce these? Thank you =]

I'm not fat, but not skinny, and I have like this little bulge on my stomach. Even when I suck in my stomach.. unless I do it real far.. but like how do i get rid of that belly fat in general? I'm 13, 5'3, and weigh like 140 pounds I think. Also, I'm black.. and this may sound like a petty escuse, but my mom said that our bones are heavy so we usually look like we weigh lighter than we actually do. (not talking about african americans tho.. idk about them. my heritage is from like cameroon.) anyway, what excercises can i do like everyday and what foods should i be eating to help and what foods should i stay away from? thanks for the help!
also, this kinda doesnt relate, but sometimes i get like a little swell under my skin in...

I dont have lots of time with school work and other things for working out, but i do have a tredmill so if i ran on it eveyday for 30mins+ will that help me loose weight? Im not trying to loose a ton just a few pounds

Well, I've been working out for a while to rid my lower stomach of it's 'chub'.
Now, I realize, my upper stomach needs some work done to it too,
Is there any good tips out there that I can add to my daily excercises?

Alright so im 5'3, im 13 years old & i weigh 144.5 lb. I feel so overweight and a few guys have been calling me fat. It really upsets me and i REALLY want to loose weight! So please, anyone, give me tips on what excersizes work best & what i can do to get my body in shape (esp. my stomach and love handles) Thanks anyone who helps :D

Alright, So I have a BMI is 23.21. I'm about 5'3 and I way 131 pounds.
My main issue is my stomache, the rest of my body I think looks pretty good.
I have a fat stomache, I've been doing crunches, sit ups, trying to eat healthier. Can anyone suggest anymore good ideas? Or workouts? Or types of food that increaces your matabolism?(sp)
But my main question is if I keep working on my stomache, and running, and exercising, through the this year, and during the summer, maybe by next school year I will be skinnier?
I want a flat stomache:(

Lately I've been gaining a bit of weight. Im not sure why.. I just am. People in my family have commented about it, and it gets me mad, because I'm not like obese or anything.. or have fat hanging out anywhere (well i have a little bit of a pot belly, but it goes away pretty much when i hold my stomach in)and my thighs have grown a bit too. ahh! i dont want to get fat! i guess sometimes i just eat because i am bored, or i feel like i must have a full meal, like rice, fish, spinach, and a fruit, which is what i just ate for dinner. (im african btw) maybe i should get gum instead? but when i do i usually end up eating it all in a day. same with other foods.. i just finished like a pack of 20 cookies today, and in like 3 days i licked some cho...

im 14 almost 15 a male and im not really sure on how to loose weight. i can't see my doctor because it would have to be the nutritionist and id have to wait till december or january and thats too long. i dont know what to eat because alot of healthy foods don't have much protein so somtimes i have to eat not excatly heathy foods which to me theres no point cuz i'd just gain the weight from the protien foods. and i dont know what excerises help and what would be good for a teenager. what should i do? what foods would be good and what exercises would be good?
