uhm. i'm trying to loose 15lbs by the end of January..
what kind of excersis are there that will help me loose weight? and what kinds of food should i eat?

Wear strap on weights on your arms and legs for a few hours regularly but not too often and carry on with your usual activities.Its tiring but it will raise your metabolism a lot.

Well I weigh 97 punds and Im 14. To get this weight all I did was really walk a lot. I love to walk to like when me and my friends would go to the mall I would bring my ipod and walk. I found this fun and me and my friends got the chance to hang out and goof around a little. But ignore the rude people who honk at you cause many people have honked at me and my frineds while walking and quite rude. But as far as eating um try salads and stuff. Not a BIG expert of the food part though cause Im one of those people who eats almost constantly and doesnt really get fat. But yeahh anyways just try walking a lot and it should work. Hope I helped.

Great Choice :)
Some exercises that you could do could be
Yoga,Pilates,Stretching,Working Out @ A Gym, Or In your own house if you have equipment. Everyday before i go to bed i do 300 curl ups -easy ones though just hold your neck the whole time!!

Theirs some website about exercising that you could follow :)

And for eating...*
Try and make sure you eat atleast 2-3 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. And if your gonna have chips/cookies/junk food make it in moderation and only eat the serving size! But not too much.

And try to burn alot of calories while you exercise ;)

eat water foods.
ex watermelons, bananas, salad, oranges, and other fruits, or even some veggies (grossss lol) just cutting down on afterschool snacks, sodas, and start running it is so easy to lose weight by running, start running for 5 min, then boost it up, eventually youll be running 30 - 40 min a day if you push yourself, its not rele that hard to lose weight, just a matter if your willing to do it.
