hii, uhm i have a problem. my friend is having a pool party towmorrow and i have my period. youd prob all say use a tampon, but i hate using them they hurt me so much. there are also going to be boys at this party who will try to push me in. what should i do?

I have the same problem hun!! but i hav deff found a solution :) Ok this might sound rly gross to you but it works for me. It worked for me at a water park and pools. What you do i wear your bathing suit..and then for your bottoms (wear your bottome suit) and wear a pad. If you just got your period and its hevay wear a pad but if its gonna be lighter then, use a panti liner. Then just wear shorts and roll them up so they will be tight around. It should deffinitly stay in. I went down a water slide lol and it stayed in, so you should be fine. And if people ask you just make up an excuse..idk it doesnt look completly adnormal. Good Luck!!

Okay i would give her the 20$ and since you cant go out..you should make something. One time i made my friend this really cool card it was awesome!! It was like big construction paper and i pasted regualr paper on the other side and cut holes into the contrustion paper and in the holes i put like all of our inside jokes on it..and in the cneter i put HAPPY SWEET 16..and i also put stickers around it. If you cant do thattt..then just give her the 20 and tell her "their is mooree coming" since your close!! Good Luck

Tomorrow night my friend is having a pool party, and i really dont want to go swimming because im not comfortable being in a bathing suit. I dont know what to do. alrighttt. SO. =]
right now i would say im somewhat pretty. prettier then most girls in my school, but not the prettiest which annoys me because like. im what almost 14 and never had a boyfriend but girls who are much uglier and dont have personalities do. Okay great goal/idea..But dont expect to be the hottest girl in school b.c you will only be a freshman hun. But some kids might notice you. Umm yeah you will have classes with the upperclass men but unless your extremely HOTT you wont get bothered, im telling the truth. You should get your hair stlyed before school starts (ask your hair dresser i dont know what you look like), tanning is good you will look healthy, join a gym or just do yoga etc.., and just be your self :) You should try wearing some more make-up to (if you dont already) But not looking like a clown. i'm a size 7 in pants right now and my goal is to get into a size 3 or 1. please don't bother telling me it's impossible or anything like that. the thing is i'm SO DETERMINED when i go to sleep at night and when i'm full, but if i'm hungry, all of a sudden i lose motivation and decide bingeing on junk food is more important than my goal. how do i stop this? i want to lose this weight so bad.

Okay this is a great goal :) and you can do it!!
First of all dont even think about junk food junk..b.c this is what is making you not lose weight. If you are gonna eat it make it a small portion maybe once a day to everuy other day. You need more healthy foods in your diet. Once you eat healthier you will feel better and notice a change. Now you need to start exercising more often..join the gym,do yoga,jog around your block for 30 minutes. If you have an exercise bike (indoor one) or your friends have one..then put a ton of clothes on and petal it for 15 minutes and you could lose 2 pounds but you have to go fast. You can only lose weight a healthy way and you will look great!! good luck

Im hardly hungry anymore! Is this bad or good? I dont need to lose weight or anything, but I still eat because people will think I have an eating disorder. (I am very skinny)

I am a skinny person and i usually go through this for like a week and then it will go away. But yeah dont make your self believe your not hungry. I would just say to eat 3 meals a day..skip lunch if you really want to. And maybe exercise to get you more fit (if you already arnt) then maybe you will be more hungry. Also get enough sleep (7-8 hours a night) Good Luck!

For the past few months i have been having really clogged ears and whenever i run i hear this popping sound inside my head and if i open my mouth wide or move my jaw side to side it pops. i looked these symptoms up on google and TMJ came up. Does anyone know what this could be? 14/f

TMJ means Temporo-Mandibular Joint. Its a joint in your jaw area..so your mandibular (lower jaw) slides easily.
It sounds like you have it..dont worry its not a dicease :) I dont think its anything serious but it could probaley caus you pain/problems in your future..
