Im hardly hungry anymore! Is this bad or good? I dont need to lose weight or anything, but I still eat because people will think I have an eating disorder. (I am very skinny)

Well, if you aren't hungry all the time, you shouldn't force yourself to eat. In your case, you would want to eat a lot or something high in calories and such when you decide you are hungry and you do want to eat. As for people thinking you have an eating disorder, well, there's nothing you can do about that. I mean think about it, in order for them to stop thinking something like that you would mostlikely have to become overweight just to satisfy people. Don't do things just becuase someone thinks something about you, and you have to prove them wrong. Life's not worth living if you live it that way.
Tara66 answered Monday March 5 2007, 7:46 pm: I am a skinny person and i usually go through this for like a week and then it will go away. But yeah dont make your self believe your not hungry. I would just say to eat 3 meals a day..skip lunch if you really want to. And maybe exercise to get you more fit (if you already arnt) then maybe you will be more hungry. If you're concerned and want to start eating again, only eat when you're hungry and gradually start eating a normal amount per day again. Also, start exercising. tips:
~get involved in a sport. something like field hockey or crew will make you new friends, build your endurance and muscle, and make you hungry at a healthy rate.
