i'm a size 7 in pants right now and my goal is to get into a size 3 or 1. please don't bother telling me it's impossible or anything like that. the thing is i'm SO DETERMINED when i go to sleep at night and when i'm full, but if i'm hungry, all of a sudden i lose motivation and decide bingeing on junk food is more important than my goal. how do i stop this? i want to lose this weight so bad.

First of all dont even think about junk food junk..b.c this is what is making you not lose weight. If you are gonna eat it make it a small portion maybe once a day to everuy other day. You need more healthy foods in your diet. Once you eat healthier you will feel better and notice a change. Now you need to start exercising more often..join the gym,do yoga, jog around your block for 30 minutes. If you have an exercise bike (indoor one) or your friends have one..then put a ton of clothes on and petal it for 15 minutes and you could lose 2 pounds but you have to go fast. You can only lose weight a healthy way and you will look great!! good luck [ Tara66's advice column | Ask Tara66 A Question ]
CHECKERED-LOVE answered Friday May 4 2007, 7:34 pm: umm im not sure you realize that height has something to do with it too. you cant be a size 1 is your 6 feet tall because thats physically impossible. but i think the only thing you can do is focus. I say, buy a pair of size 3 jeans and hang them somewhere in your room. then whenever you feel like eating junk food, look at the pants. Try them on every week until you fit into them. Helpful answered Friday May 4 2007, 6:51 pm: First of all, I will tell you to make sure that a size 3 isn't an unrealistic goal for you. You can feel good about yourself without being a size 3 or 1, as long as you are healthy.
Next, Thanks for understanding that bingeing on junk foods is NOT the way to do it. Keep good foods close at hand to nibble on so you won't be hungry- like trail mix, yogurt, an apple, bread. And don't completely deprive yourself of junk food. Just eat a little, and you won't crave it anymore. Good luck on your way to a healthier you! [ Helpful's advice column | Ask Helpful A Question ]
