TAMPONS + SEX... I NEED HELP FAST!
I had sex today while wearing a tampon.
I don't know where my tampon went.
I dont know if it came out or not.
I'm scared.
Does anyone know what will happen if it is in me and what I should do and if it was a good idea to have sex with a tampon in.

go to the ER right NOW!! dont wait another minute. if the tampon is in for over 5 hours, you are in danger of getting TSS. best wishes, please check next time!!!

You do need to go to the doctor if you haven't already, or the ER. You have to have it removed because if you don't you run the risk of TSS or
a pelvic infection of some kind.
Chances of your being able to remove it yourself are
not good at all. Tampons can become lodged behind the cervix, it happens all the time and nothing to
feel embarrassed about. But they have to be removed by a doctor.

no offense but that was a really bad/stupid idea. i hope you forgot it was in and didn't do it on purpose.but go to the ER room immediately! seriously if you wait too long you mite get TSS or something. to be safe i would just not have sex on your period so you don't forget again.

Well these answers are not very helpful..GO TO THE ER FAST!! BUT IM SURE YOU HAVE GONE ALREADY! you dont want TSS...and im guessing you forgot that it was in. Hopefully you will learn from this. Dont have sex while your on your period :)

this happened to my friend, she had to go to the emergency room. so yeah...um you should get that checked out before you get tss

you should never have sex with a tampon in because when the guy inserts his penis in it could push the tampon into you.
but seriously don't freak out.

obvi it was way bad to have sex with a tampon in. i've never had this situation because no offence but im not that stupid. for one) why didn't you wait til you were married or like happily together OR!! OFF OF YOUR PERIOD!?
and 2) why do you think that it'd be okay to have sex with a tampon in?
i know it seems like im being harsh, no. i'm being truthful. so i say go see a doctor and see what they say.
