But, if you really wanna gain a little bit of weight, just try & eat some fatty foods, or something. Or exercise, & get muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.
I doubt you're anorexic hun, you probably just have a fast metabolism. Anorexia is when you starve yourself so you lose weight. And bulimia is when you eat a lot & then throw up to lose weight or control your weight. If you don't do either of those, you're fine. =) So no worries. grlwithabrokensmile answered Thursday March 29 2007, 8:24 am: First off, dont be scared that you might have anorexia, unless your purposefully not eating. What you probably have is a genetic preposition to fast matabolism, or something else that makes you thin naturally. A good way to gain weight without getting fat is to eat what you normally eat, but then add something fatty. For instance - your normal lunch + a donout(sorry i couldnt think of anything more practical, but you get the idea). Make sure you eat the entire item. Do this for lunch and dinner most days, and you'll slowly start gaining weight, so its easy to manage. [ grlwithabrokensmile's advice column | Ask grlwithabrokensmile A Question ]
Imperialistic answered Thursday March 29 2007, 7:06 am: Instead of adding fat to your diet, try adding protein and fiber to create lean muscle mass instead. Work out lots and get yourself some nice biceprs/triceps/abs. [ Imperialistic's advice column | Ask Imperialistic A Question ]
