Does anyone know how you can record what you're doing on the computer like the videos in this site?

and maybe a program that I prob already have on my computer so I wont' download something with a virus?.

There's a number of programs you can use to record what you are doing on your desktop. One is Camtasia (which I use) but the best one that I would suggest (but might be a little harder to use so you will need to read all the documentation included with it) is HyperCam.
