It's very important that you understand how photos you see in magazines and advertisements aren't real. They're touched up. Wash you hands regulary and afterwards use a good and rich hand moisturizers.
If you have hair on your fingers get it waxed (i wouldn't but only if you REALLY want to).
Then get a good manicure, a clean one with a nice colour. No fake nails.
