TinkerbellsHelp answered Friday December 1 2006, 4:54 pm: First of all, if you are "fat", then I am "fatter". And based on the fact that I am not fat, you arent either. You are at a healthy weight. If you lose 15 lbs, then you will be underweight and that would be bad because you could hurt your body from being underweight, dont lose more than 12 lbs. Dont call yourself (or anyone else) fat. But if you want to lose weight to raise your self esteem, I understand, just do it healthily.
Exercise at least 3 days a week for 45 minutes a day. If you really want to lose weight, i suggest doing that cardio (running, walking, biking, ect) and then tone your muscles everyday (crunches, push ups, squats, ect) Cut out soda and eat healthy, eat smaller portions. Meat should be no larger than your palm. [ TinkerbellsHelp's advice column | Ask TinkerbellsHelp A Question ]

I didn't drink soda or antying after 6 pm, and drank lots of water and ate alot of fruit. And , I didn't do this but I'm about too, maybe do yoga, you can get a DVD and do it at home or go to a class. Doing yoga will tone your muscles and help you lose some weight.
