losing weight.

okay well im sick of sucking in all the time. i want to lose my little gut. it isnt really that big but i want to be skinny like i used to be. now dont tell me to diet & excersize. please try to be specific. i could probably lose 5-9 lbs. thanks!! [:

my person trainner has told me this


get your heart rate up! ( that is how u loose weight)


go on the tredmill 35 minutes 3-4 times a week


eat like 6 SMALL meals during the day..

and your garanteed to loose weight.


and this works because i do it and i have seen results

start running, it strips you of your fat and leaves you with a to-die-for body, and your metabolism will speed up as you start burning the extra calories, also try fruit and other stuff.

diet and exercise yes i know but life sucks then you die. lol

What else do you want people to tell you? That there's a magic pill that wipes away fat instantly? Well there isn't and the only thing you can do is diet and exercise like the rest of us mere mortals and just have something that is a great virtue to have.....Patience.
