I don't want him ever to die.

Question Posted Saturday December 2 2006, 9:35 pm

I really love my dog Scooter. He is my everything. I've had him since before 1st grade, and he is 10 years old. My stepsister got a stupid border collie that ruins Scooter's face and his toys, and gets on my nerves. Scooter has been through alot. He had neutering problems, got hit by a car, had to have lumps removed from his body, alot for a poor little Shih Tzu dog. I'm afraid of what might happen when he dies. Everyone calls him old, and it pisses me off. I don't want him to die, but he's been around a long time. Then I'd be stuck with dumbass Riley. He is my life, and my everything. I wouldn't be able to function without him. I love him too much. He is my first pet that I actually remember. :/

I know how you feel. I love my dogs with all my heart and they're like my best friends, and I never want them to die either. But I realized, it's all a part of life ( and I'm not trying to sound harsh here ) but it's something we all have to deal with and accept.

I just realized instead of sitting here thinking of him dying until literally the day he dies, isn't going to do ANYTHING but give more pain and more grief. I realized you just have to take loads of pictures, have fun together, and just cherish and spend the time you guys have together while you sitll can, and push the thoughts of death and him going out the window.

Just keep him healthy, give him good amount of healthy foods, and just give him love and play with him and let him exercise. That'll keep him around long enough cause I'm sure he doesn't want to leave you either, so I'm sure he's fighting to stay with you for a very long time.

I hope I helped.

i have two dogs two, and i love them to death. i say just never forget him. Do everything you wanna do with him now, take a bunch of pictures and have the time of your life. A way to prolong his life, is to try using like chinese herbs and things like that like there tea and herbs. My moms friend used it with her dog when he had cancer and he lived to be 20. My mom's friend used it when she had cancer and it really helped too!

hope i helped!
