gaby09 answered Monday December 4 2006, 4:16 pm: cruches are always good to do. but something that can easily make your stomach flatter is just kind of sucking in through out the day. it contracts your abs to make them more firm..and its right in the spot you need it! Also,do cradio and pilate workouts you loose a lot of weight if you do it for about 30 minutes a day or 3 times a week but you have to watch what your eating of course along with working out.Also doing pilates improves your balance and posture.If you have "on demand" go to the fitness section and try some workouts there ;]
