flat tummy i want a flat tummy more than anything in the world. what are some good excercises?

my person trainner has told me this
get your heart rate up! ( that is how u loose weight)
go on the tredmill or running for 35 minutes 3-4 times a week
eat like 6 SMALL meals during the day..
and your garanteed to loose weight.
and the great thing about running you can workout your whole body and your tummm!

cruches are always good to do. but something that can easily make your stomach flatter is just kind of sucking in through out the day. it contracts your abs to make them more firm..and its right in the spot you need it! Eating fries and drinking cokes bloats your stomach too so avoiding those will keep your stomach flatter throughout the day. hope i helped! ]

Also,do cradio and pilate workouts you loose a lot of weight if you do it for about 30 minutes a day or 3 times a week but you have to watch what your eating of course along with working out.Also doing pilates improves your balance and posture.If you have "on demand" go to the fitness section and try some workouts there ;]
