I dont have lots of time with school work and other things for working out, but i do have a tredmill so if i ran on it eveyday for 30mins+ will that help me loose weight? Im not trying to loose a ton just a few pounds

MYLOVExx answered Monday December 4 2006, 9:20 pm: As long as you are eating healthy and doing any type of cardio exercise for at least 25 mins you will lose weight (they wont shed in a day though). Also, if you can try to not just run on the treadmill at the same pace..increase the resistance by running/walking uphill or run really fast for a minute and then run slowly for two. This allows the body to experience new things instead of just the same thing everyday.
