weight gain? i am like 5'3 adn 120 pounds. but i am like not skinny, i have " the perfect shape adn size" as they say, but i would want to be bigger. i love volumptuos girls like j.lo and beyonce. i think it's pretty. i have hips and stuff, but i wanna fill out my weight. i have a young face and am short, so i don't wanna look like a child when i am 15! so can anyone esp. trainers help me gain weight(i wanna gain twenty pounds)healthly?like excercises and foods to eat.

dont eat junk food to gain weight. it wont be good weight. eat good carbs like pasta's and breads. if there is a cobs bread near where you live try that breaad because they have the proper carbs but they dont contain sugar ]
if you gain 20 lb's you'll be OVER weight! but id stik with 5-10 lb's to gain. to gain eat carbs! like pasta mc donalds, fries, milkhakes and tons of sugars!!!!

The best way to gain weight the healthy way is to eat a lot of complex carbs (such as whole grains, pasta) instead of junk like candy and greasy foods. You also need to start muscle training and lift weights..this builds muscle and puts on the pounds you want that make you look toned..i would also mix in a little bit of running because that adds on a lot of muscle in all the right places.
