I don't know if I have dry skin or not but i just put on my make up and my face feels real dry and itchy..would it make my face oily if i put some lotion on my face..i tried that before and my face felt like it was on fire haha Any thing i could do?? I don't want to by anything ..like all the expensive stuff. haha

try a powder foundation like MAC mineralised skin finish natural. since you are so young you shouldn't even need fondation just some concealor and powder. you could also try a tinted moisturizor like you rebel from benefit. moisturizor for dry skin would be good as well. if you have problems with a powder foundation you should see a dermatologist because it is probably an allergy

Q: So, I see a lot of girls who have lip gloss on, but their lips are very light pink. I have lip primer from MAC, but when I use it and put on light pink lip gloss, the color of my lips stays the same. It's just shinier, which I don't want. It seems like lip gloss never changers the color of my lips. I want my lips to be a very light pink, not the dark pink that they are!

get a light pink lipstick. if you want a nude pink try saint germain. a really great pink is the viva glam gaga if you can get it. you can try pink nouveau as well. you can also get a lip stainm styke setter and point of view are gorgeous colors. also just try going to your mac store or counter and asking them for help. all of the colors are from MAC

Q: I absolutely love the way eyeliner looks but my problem is.. my eyes are REALLY small so I wondering how I can use eyeliner to make them seem bigger? And what color eye shadow too?

Q: I know people will get their makeup professionally done for prom or whatever. But, I wanted to get mine done before I take my senior portraits, what is the cheapest it would cost? Who/where would I call the schedule an appointment?

makeup counters are the best for getting it done at a good price. at the nars counter you buy any two products, it would be around 40. at the mac counter you pay 40$ to do your makeup but then you can redeem 40$ worth of products. that way you can buy the main eyeshadow and maybe the lipgloss they used to you can do little touchups before the picture. make sure you ask them how they apply the makeup so you can re create it

Q: Is there anything I can do to make myself look older? I already dress my age and wear enough of makeup. But there's something about my face that makes me seem younger. Are than makeup tips that can help change this? 17/f. Thank you!

Q: well i always line my top and bottom lashlines, and try to do my bottom rims with pencil. the pencil barely shows up on my rims and ive heard that its supposed to be the best choice for lining rims. also, in the morning before school and stuff, my eyes usually look pretty good, but my mid-day like half of my eye liner is gone. i dont rub my eyes or anything, unless my liner has smeared into my eye. do you have any tips for me on how i can make this any better?

getting a good eyeliner is key. i like to use maybelline unstoppable in espresso. you can also try urban decay 24/7 eyeliner if you wanted to spend a bit more money. you can reapply it during the day but you can also use a powder to set it when you first do your makeup. get either a liner brush or a pencil brush and use an eyeshadow that is the same color as the liner. this will help keep it from smudging. the water and lower lash lines are very hard to keep from smudging because they are right where your eyes water so dont worry your not doing anything wrong

for department - fresh supernova from sephora. the full bottle it about 25 dollars but at most sephora's you can find a small version of it which also comes with fresh firebird and its only 12 dollars canadian.

Q: Okay so i really need help on how to make my make-up look natural but also really pretty. It's mostly for school and at my school we're not allowed make-up so we have to wear it discreetly. Also there are boys at our school and we don't exactly want to look bad for them :@ x help!! So just any tips, good sites, good types of make-up... anything!!

There are lots of ways for you and your friends to wear makeup with out it being obvious. for your face, instead of using foundation you could use a tinted mositurizer, laura mercier has a great one from sephora. or you can wear concealor and powder, your probably pretty young which means you dont have alot of spots to cover up. using powder instead of foundation looks alot more natural. for your eyes, try a primer like urban decay primer in sin.it has a gold sheen to it and you can use it alone of with a light matte shadow over top to tone down the shimmer. use a brown eyeliner instead of black because it is more natural and dont line your upper lash line, its not necessary. finish your eyes with a brown or black mascara but only use one coat. for cheeks a light blush and lips just stick to chapstick. a really great one is soft lips and they sell tinted ones so you get a subtle hint of color. you can also search youtube for some great tutorials. heres one of my favorites to get you started http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdJcWd0LDKw

Q: are there any products I can use for covering a mole that don't make it look bad? Or are there ways that a mole can be removed and if it can be removed do moles ever grow back?

I dont know about removing a mole but I know what you can use to cover it. Kat Von D has a new makeup line at Sephora and one of her products is a concealer for tattoos. It is highly pigmented and blendable so it will cover up darker spots better than a normal concealer. Q: I have a good friend(very good) Ive had a crush on him since I met in way back in sixth grade or something like that. just a really long time about. And he said something to me today. "I love you and dont forget it" then kissed my forehead. He has a girlfriend. But they are going through rocky times. I dislike his girlfriend because shes been mean to him. But Im confused about with I should do.

Just let it play out. He's going through a tough time so be there for him. But don't say anything about trying to break them up or anything that might make them break up. you don't want him to resent you for their break up. Be a friend and if they do break up he will be up set and he will come to you. just give it time before you do anything. the last thing you want is to stop being friends.

Q: Ok So prom is coming up soon. I'm going with this girl because i dont have a date. She and i are friends so its mutual. I'm upset because wanted to have a date with someone i liked but that never happened (many reasons). i feel that i'm going to go all out for prom and have a lousy time. i want it to be a special time for me, because I'm graduating soon.

How can i make this day "special" for me

If your other friends dont have dates go in a group. Even if they do have dates. Prom is all about getting out of school and having a great time with your friends. Just try not to think about guys and this is a friend thing.

Then once that becomes second nature you begin the same thing while continuing to do the other. then you continue doing both of those along with the next thing all of these will help you to change your lifestyle and weight. You can also calculate your bmi (body mass index) and see if you are @ risk of being over weight.

talk to a guidance counsellor or talk to the owners of your local dance studio. they can help you and give you ideas.

ok so my friend was doing drugs and my mom and dad found out. so now they wont let me hang with her anymore. she doesnt do them anymore b/c her parents found out and she is now in rehab. so any advice to convince my parents to let me hang out with her is much appreciated. thanks in advance!!!

explain to them that she is getting help and that she hasn't pressured you into doing the drugs. lots of my friends smoke but they have never tried to get me to do it. have a talk with them.

dont eat junk food to gain weight. it wont be good weight. eat good carbs like pasta's and breads. if there is a cobs bread near where you live try that breaad because they have the proper carbs but they dont contain sugar

Q: OK I have a few little things here and there id like to fix. Are there any home remedies, products, or technequies I could use for this.

1.) Oily Hair- ok I have dark sholder length hair and its really oily. I wash it so I know its not dirty. Also im wonderring if hair balm makes it really oily cause I use it in the morning. How can I get it more normal and less oily?

2.) Oily Skin - My skin is also pretty oily. Like it kinda looks shiny in a way and when I take pictures my skin kinda shins at my chin and cheeks and its really annnoying. How can I make my skin less oily?

3.) Exema- i have Exema (not sure how to spell) but its on my head. Its annoying cause when I scratch it it gets into flakes and looks like dandruff. Anyway how to make it go away?
