well i always line my top and bottom lashlines, and try to do my bottom rims with pencil. the pencil barely shows up on my rims and ive heard that its supposed to be the best choice for lining rims. also, in the morning before school and stuff, my eyes usually look pretty good, but my mid-day like half of my eye liner is gone. i dont rub my eyes or anything, unless my liner has smeared into my eye. do you have any tips for me on how i can make this any better?
