feelling let down & insicure

Me & my boyfriend have just got back together after a few months of breaking up & he's acting different this time, walks ahead of me when we are out, hardly sits next to me at his mams & always saying 'I'm going to plan a lovely night for you tonight' then never does or forgets, I'm starting to feel insecure, we've had a few problems in the bedroom lately aswell with him going down on me.. He's also supposed to be trying for a job & get a house but it seems to be me doing all the work.. I know he loves me I'm his 1st proper relationship I just don't know what to do/: I tell him how I feel he says sorry & he will make it up to me.. Never does, empty promises, what should I do?

Asking crush to formal dance

This is my first time using this site so bear with me. Hello. I'm 14/m and this year, our school is doing an eighth grade formal and i was thinking about asking my crush to it. She doesn't know I like her and I want to seem like its a friend asking a friend to dance. Not some crazy boy who likes you asking if he can have his arms on your waist your arms around him and your faces near each other's. I know not to do it over a text or note or a friend asking her because that would show her I'm shy and i kind of like her. So advice on what to say how to act and what all to do. Thanks everyone! Always running back to her

I always end up running back to a girl at my school. I hate it because I don't have a chance with her and she's way to "cool" for me .I've had feelings on and off for her for about 2 years.I'm 14m and she's in my grade,but I want to know how to completely forget about her romantically. I want her as a friend but I want to stop crawling back to her. Any help would me very much appreciated guys! A THOUSAND thanks! :D

I have a friend at my work that I have a crush on. He's a team leader, aka supervisor. I am not on his team however. But, what I'm saying is.. I guess I kinda like him. We flirt constantly when we both had the night shift or at least he started to. He'd come up to me and start talking or even pull up a chair to hang out. Sometimes when I dress up he even says where are you going tonight or are you going on a date? There were other times he has flirted. He looks at me from across the room. Sex-advice

Hello,
I do not have sex all the time, however I did last Sunday. Everytime I have sex I get super paranoid. Best thing you'd say is not have sex, but face it we all do it and it's natural. I had sex this past Sunday, and he wore a condom. He mentioned it was tight and I thought omg.. Anyways condom didn't break. I'm still super paranoid!! Could I be pregnant? I took a test and I know it's too early but I'm very anxious. The thing I keep telling myself is not to worry you aren't and quit having sex. Any advice as to not get so anxious about this? Besides possibly be on the pill.. I hope I'm not preg.

I just so happened to find this thread while Googling "Why can't my husband and I get along?" Its been a year since you posted and you mentioned you needed someone to talk to. Well...I am in the same boat. My husband is military. He isn't able to show sympathy/sensitivity (he really can't...we've been together for 4 years). We argue ALL the time. He's always in a bad mood. He says I ask too many questions, I nag him all the time, etc. I feel like he doesn't care at all about my feelings and he gets mad whenever I start to tell him how I feel.
I hope you are still on this thread. I would really like someone to talk to.

My BF is cheating

A couple of months ago my BF started acting weird and he would zone out. We live together and he never cleans up his messes. I am pregnant and I need him to help out. But last week he called me from work and told me he was going out with another girl. We broke up, and I am terrified. I needed him and now he's gone. I am alone and I need help. My friend told me to get another BF ad by the time my baby is born, I'll have a father. The only other person in my life is my ex(a different one) but he is a sex addict and I can't have sex!

Hi! So I'm 14yr guy and at my school, there's a girl in my grade who ALL the guys would DIE to have her alone for 10 minutes. She's absolutely stunning. Let's call her... I'm a 20 year old girl. I broke up with my boyfriend 2 years ago. He cheated on me and tried to date my friend. But when i was in a relationship with him, i think i did love him, and expressed my emotions, cried aand poured my heart out. But he cheated on me, its been two years and at some point i remember him, and i think i miss him. And i knw its wrong, coz my bestfriend reminds me of what he did. And this thought of missing him hurts me, i get lost and at times need the feel of being isolated, and currently when ppl care, i just can't trust them. Its like i'm stuck in between. And i know for a fact that he's never returning back, its like i'm still waiting. I don't want to wait, i wish i can move on. Is there anything i can do?

Little Cousin Is In Love With Me!

My little 5th grade girl cousin is freaking in love with me and she won't leave me alone! I'm a freshman and she's always following me around, kissing me (uggh) and asking to sit in my lap and one time she crawled into bed with me. (Ya I know creepy) I have a girlfriend. I told her that and she says (even though she's never met my gf) that she's not good enough for me and that I should date her. WTF?! She annoys the craps out of me and she's really weird. I want to yell at her to go away and that I dont like her but she would cry and I would feel bad. I'm 14. I don't want a 10 year old girl in love with me. How do I get rid of her? A Predicament

So there's a guy I met a few moths ago and he saw me and I "caught his eye" (btw so sweet :) ) and we started talking and he fell for me, and I fell for him a Little bit. So we became super close friends (we are both 14) and he helped me through a break up with my obsessive boyfriend and it just felt like he was always there for me. And he's absolutely SUPER CUTE AND SWEET. So we were talking about hanging out and dancing and we did both, but while we were dancing, our eyes met and we kissed (under the moon and it was so romantic)
And we lied down and I fell asleep in his arms and he just sat there brushing my hair an trolling me i was beautiful. But, he's going to a different high school then I am. We really want to date...

We've been talking for a while now, and he's probably the only person I've talked to for this long and haven't gotten bored. I mean, when we talk, there is always something new to talk about. And he can actually keep a conversation going. He's nice and he cares and he doesn't push me to, you know, show him anything. We're basically just friends right now, but I feel as if my feelings for him are growing stronger.

loneliness / depression due to end of long term relationship

I am a 67 year old British male. A long term relationship (some 30 years) with a lady has recently ended. This has left me feeling very down and lonely.We were never great ones for joining things (me more so than her) so I am at a bit of loss as to best way to get out in the world again, meet new friends and have a social life.
What are good ways of making new friends/social life for someone my age. Does volunteering help
