Okay Im 15/f and I weight about 192 pounds. Im about 5'6 r 7.I have lots of muscles I guess.
But I want to lose weight and quickly. Ever since I was 11 i was chubby. Its has just gotten worse in my opinion. I want to excercise but I have no motivation and I don't run becuase, Im afraid of what people might think seeing me run. What do I do I really need help and no one I know can help me!!

alright well i'm a 14 year old girl and i'm like 5'5 about 126 lbs. i want to lose like 20 pounds by summer and i think its going to be impossible. i go to the gym at least 5 times a week but i can't seem to have the displine to eat right. i really don't. can someone help me tell me how i can adviod those foods? my friends do not diet but i wanna look amazing this summer and i'm going to a new school. just i need something to keep me from eating badly.

Okay well i heard of these people only excercising and hour a day but losing weight eating cereal, fruit, and orange juice for beakfast, then for a snack like yogurt, then lunch like a healthy sandwich, then a snack in the afternoon like peanuts, and low fat chees or something n crackers, and then for dinner some steamed chicken....but only an hour of excercise wont cover that...

How do women get those great bodies? i mean not the twig models but the beautiful, healthy, fit girls? i try so hard but there are so many excercise and beauty secrets that i just dont know....oh ye and i dont eat fatty foods but my breasts are a 'c' cup and im only 13...my mom couldnt be more flat chested my grandma is a be and everyone in my family is like an a or b, even my cousin who weighs 240 pounds but i am on the average side but y breasts are big, not preky, but not disgustingly saggy. i dont know... any help at all??????? oh yeah wait, i think im ugly sometimes, then pretty, a lot. my friends tell me im pretty but no guys go after me, even at the dance there was this girl who didn't dance well but a guy (fuckdanced her) then more ...

I'm 14/f and I really need to know how to get rid of this excess belly fat! It's hard for me to go outside everyday and exercise, like jog or walk, because the weather here is always changing. I do about 200 crunches everyday, but it doesn't seem to be working. I DO eat healthy and have a healthy eating lifestyle. I hate it soooo much...and I want to start slimming down a little before the summer. Does anyone know an effective exercise routine I can do inside that will actually work or a website that has one?

i have been trying to lose weight for a little while now and my friends say i dont need to but recently last year i had an eating disorder and i got over it. i cant spot eating unhealthy food and find it hard to get motivated to do excersise. because i know if i dont then it will drive me straight back to the eating disorder i had and i dont want that. how can i stop myself from eating the wrong foods and excersising more so i start to feel good about myself again???

I'm going to be a freshman next year and I'm thinking i want to be on the junior varsity swim team. There's just one problem...I've never been involved in competitive swimming and i really don't know what it's like. I DO enjoy swimming and I know all the the strokes. Right now i'm working on my fitness and getting in shape. But I was wondering what it's like to be on a school swim team (especially how junior varsity differs from varsity) and what I should expect when I try out and if I make the team. I also want to know if I can meet the expectations an average team might have; I'd hate to look like a freak who doesn't know what I'm doing when I try out!

Okay, I have a problem... I love to dance, it's a great way to get excercise, but here's the sitch... I don't know how to move right. I look like an idiot at dances because I just don't know how to do these things! I have asked my parents if I can have dancing lessons, but they said no because the only place in town teaches suggestive dancing and has their girls wear skimpy costumes. How can I learn a modern style of dancing that is not advertising, but still looks cool? (Here's a hint as to how clean I want it to be: I am a Mormon.) Please help!

I have always been skinny, but lately i have been gaining some fat on mi tummy not so much to worry about but i have a bf and when he puts his arm around me im consious about mi tummy area is there anyway i can lose about 5 pounds off mi tummy area in about a week or two??? also any info on losing sum weight off mi thighs could help too=]

my house consists of two five lbs weights, 2 3.5 lbs weights, a tredmil, a trampoline (i use it for cheerleading stuff but its too cold right now), a exercise ball, and thats about it. what are things I can do with these to get a work out (i already run everyday) or things that can just get me to loose weigh around the house?

I'd like to lose a few pounds, mostly my love handles and lower tummy. I've already cut soda pop/junk food/ice cream/candy/fast food out of my diet. What excercises can I do that will target these areas and get rid of my love handles? And PLEASE tell me ones that you KNOW for SURE will work from personal experience, because I've already tried a lot of the things that people on here have said and they don't work. Thanks!

ok well im a female im 5'6" and my weight is about 115.. does that make me underwieght or overweight or what? cuz personally i think im fat but my friends tell me im skinny i want to diet but im afraid i might become anerexic or somthing. Soo what do you think.

hey :] okay, im 14, 5'4, and i weight 110 pounds. Im not fat at all. A lot of guys tell me that im perfect and that i have a nice butt and nice boobs. But i still wanna lose weight. I wanna lose like 7 pounds. Does anyone know any good moves for your inner thighs,thighs, abs and obliques? I dont eat a lot and i have gym this semester in school so i'll be working out and running everyday, i do pilates for 2-5 hours a day too(after school). Thanks ♥ Sabina xo

I go to the gym 4 days a week and use the elliptical 45mins and that is all I do. What can I do to help me lose some more weight quicker?
