Gaining weight what's the best way to gain weight, besides eating alot? thanks

well muscle weighs more than fat, so therefore if you gain muscle, you will gain weight and weigh more. so i would suggest working out and eating foods filled with protien, because protien helps build muscle.

sleep more, and eat when you wake up, not directly before you sleep.
Or you can do like those other guys say and workout, but that will still require you to eat more food, especially a lot of protien.

Work out. I know that's how to lose weight, but it builds muscle and muscle weighs more than that. Exercise & then pig out & lounge all day. ]
Building up muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you run or jog then your loosing fat and keeping muscle. If you want to gain weight, eat (don't eat a bunch of crap because then youre just making your diet an unhealthy one), and work on muscles and strengh. Lift weights, leg press, whatever there is to do. Hope this helped ]
