summer goal. alright well i'm a 14 year old girl and i'm like 5'5 about 126 lbs. i want to lose like 20 pounds by summer and i think its going to be impossible. i go to the gym at least 5 times a week but i can't seem to have the displine to eat right. i really don't. can someone help me tell me how i can adviod those foods? my friends do not diet but i wanna look amazing this summer and i'm going to a new school. just i need something to keep me from eating badly.

if your that tall and weigh that much you really dont need to loose anything loosing 20 pounds for you would make you look grossly skinny and yes mabe you want that but its not a look guys like. trust me on this. Besides your still growing and if you loose that much you period could loose its course and well that wont be good. when your around 16 17 your going to loose loads of weight by doing nothing. becuse your getting a womens body and not a 14 year olds body. im 14 too. i have an eating disorder thats getting worse. i hate it and i have lots of problems with my body my sister who is 17 lost weight and she did nothing she still eats what she wants everyday and i am starving my self every day. If i eat like a boal of cearel and then lunch i feel like some fat ass but really you are supposed to eat that much and everyone is telling me i dont eat and i think i do all the time so i work out i do sports not for the fun of it but to loose wieght im dreading the summer and the spring vacations becuse i dont want people to see me in a bathing suit. my mom knew about it once before but thinks im not doing it any more. at school i dont eat lunch my boyfreind just thinks its becuse i dont like eating in front of his friends. and i dont eat breakfast on most days. and if i eat someting when i get home its a tiny snack, so please dont change anything your skinny , im guessing beautiful. be smart dont do what i do. ]
You're in the right weight percentile for your age and height. You don't have to lose or gain any weight. You're fine how you are, but if you really wanna give up those foods; put a picture of a supermodel up so it'll stop you from going towards the junk & go towards the healthy stuff. ]
