Replace sugary foods with fruits & vegetables, you know...the basics? If you have no time to exercise then try doing 100 crunches a night, I tried that but it was like...ouch. I advise you to do 50 one night, 75 the next, then advance to 100 eventually step by step because my stomach was hurting all day because it wasn't used to all that & couldn't do it the night after, it was too painful. =[ And I'm not even outta shape either so yeah. I also heard Coconut Oil (NOT 100% IF IT'S SAFE! But I know someone who has been using it, & they're fine to the best of my knowledge. They do have health problems, but I don't think it's connected to that). Coconut oil will make you slim down a bit, just like a spoonful a day and she's seeing results within like a week. But only like 3lbs. Grapefruit also raises metabolism & burns 10 calories per grapefruit I believe, so add more of that in your diet. Good luck

-cut out all of the artificial sugars in your diet
-eat a regular proportion of meat everyday
-drink around 7-8 glasses of ice water a day
-eat plenty of fruits to feed your sweet tooth
-cut down on the breads and pastas
i hope it helps. GOOD LUCK!
and dont forget:
dont deprive yourself now.
it can lead to binging later.. ):
