what's next I go to the gym 4 days a week and use the elliptical 45mins and that is all I do. What can I do to help me lose some more weight quicker?

this is great you are spending time at the gym. but are you working equally hard with the foods you eat? cut out all sodas, sweets, chips, ice cream, etc. and trust me, you will see a large difference soon. =] good luck! ]
You're in for a rude awakening when you see your results stop because you keep doing the same thing over and over again.
Why not focus on doing it right and not doing it quick? ]
its nice that you wanna lose weight, but try not taking it over board. Have goals like, doing 100 crunches every night before I go to bed, or 20 jumping Jacks when I wake up. something simple to start you out. and actually, jogging up and down stairs is the BEST way to burn carbs.
There's no 'easy' way out but if you get an excersizing buddy, your most likely to work harder :]
