Okay well i heard of these people only excercising and hour a day but losing weight eating cereal, fruit, and orange juice for beakfast, then for a snack like yogurt, then lunch like a healthy sandwich, then a snack in the afternoon like peanuts, and low fat chees or something n crackers, and then for dinner some steamed chicken....but only an hour of excercise wont cover that...
And besides, you don't have to burn every single calorie you consume or even half of it because your body uses at least 1/3 of it during a day (if you're activity level is somewhat average) [ ductape_n_roses's advice column | Ask ductape_n_roses A Question ]

It's preferred you drink 8 glasses of water a day. =) And you should have at least 4 servings of dairy. But don't exercise before bed because too much movement before bed won't help you fall asleep. Your body will still be running & it won't be relaxed. Relax after you exercise & then hit bed. =) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
