weight? ok well im a female im 5'6" and my weight is about 115.. does that make me underwieght or overweight or what? cuz personally i think im fat but my friends tell me im skinny i want to diet but im afraid i might become anerexic or somthing. Soo what do you think.

your thin/slim/slender. At five feet you should weigh 100 lbs and 5 lbs for every inch that you grow. I know what you mean, by thinking your fat and stuff, but it's just hormones I think, and if your're on your period you get bloaded before around your stomach. Although I haven't seen what your body looks like I don't think you should diet. ]
This weight is average. And having a controlled diet would help you from an eating disorder. Know your limits and excerise daily (or weekly). This would help you loose some weight. I don't really know what else to say, just to make sure you don't go too far with the diet. My friend went on a diet cutting out all carbs and I think it worked very well. ]

In my opinion, you are on the small side. So I don't recommend dieting. I believe that's considered a healthy weight. However, you can find out for sure by checking your BMI. This will tell you if you are at a healthy, underweight or overweight level. You can do this at www.seventeen.com In their "Health" category. ]
for your age and height, its a good weight. like its skinny, but not toooooo skinny! if you want to lose some weight, i wouldn't go past like 5 pounds, because otherwise you'd be too skinny. i wouldn't reccoment that, cuz i think you at a good wieght right now, because like i said, your skinnier than the average weight! ]
i think you are the right weight and you're tall so that helps.

i might only be 13 but listen i think gurls have ther own beauty and yours beleive it or not is your confadince so find it if you want 2 diet do like i did eat 1 good meal {meat,veggies and everything} 4 tha whole day you should see yourself balance out ]
ToneTeen has a BMI calculator to see if you're under/healthy/over-weight. You are healthy. And healthy = Good.
Guess what? Most of us think we're fat. But have you really looked? Is it just one part of your body that makes you feel that way. (For me, it was my stomach...)
