I'm 14/f and I really need to know how to get rid of this excess belly fat! It's hard for me to go outside everyday and exercise, like jog or walk, because the weather here is always changing. I do about 200 crunches everyday, but it doesn't seem to be working. I DO eat healthy and have a healthy eating lifestyle. I hate it soooo much...and I want to start slimming down a little before the summer. Does anyone know an effective exercise routine I can do inside that will actually work or a website that has one?

doing crunches just builds extra muscle which cause your stomach to stick out further.
id suggest doing anything cardio.
get a treamill.
and if you dont have the money, go to sears. they let you use the exersize equipment for free sometimes. my friends and i play on it all the time. =]
if you do cardio first then its ok to do crunches or sit ups or whatever.

you should do push ups and stretch everyday
drink lots of water
and get a ab worker it cost up 2 100 bucks but it works
